My name is Stephanie Himango, and I started Great Family Legacies to help families like yours elegantly gather and document their unique stories. I’m a 7-time Emmy Award winning television producer and writer in three different Emmy communities — News & Documentary, Sports, and Daytime Creative. At GFL, I lead a team of talented storytellers with a heart for capturing the beauty of the human spirit.

My work has appeared in the homes of millions of viewers, from the Olympics and Paralympics to TODAY and NBC Nightly News, from CBS’ Innovation Nation with Mo Rocca to CW’s Did I Mention Invention with Alie Ward. For decades, I’ve been trusted to hear, hold, craft and share stories. It’s a profound act of trust, and it’s my honor and privilege.
